"The first mixed-media cover adorns this much sought after issue (sandpaper!). Also breaks new ground with a small fold-out piece and 'recycled text' (handmade paper created from the pages of a discarded book). It contains cut-ups, 'progressions' (which are rule driven constructs), and a possibly plagiarized self-referential story (the text refers to itself and the gramatical structure, as though aware of its existance)."
