QUESTIONS NO ONE HAS ASKED YET:

WHAT ARE THESE? WHO'S CLU? HOW DOES THAT TANK ROLL WITHOUT WHEELS?
These models are based on the movie Tron (1982, Disney). In the film these objects existed "inside the computer" and were entirely computer generated. Beautiful stuff. Production design was by Syd Mead and Jean Giraud (a.k.a. "Moebius") who I've been a huge fun of for years, especially his abstracts.

CAN I BUY THAT LIGHTCYCLE?
I don't think the light cycle has reached a final design yet, and the current design isn't ship-able yet (need to better integrate the three main parts). Maybe I'll offer plans or sell the final model some day.

WHY HAVEN'T YOU DONE THE MCP? SOLAR SAILER? SARKS CARRIER?
One thing at a time! MCP might be the next one to do. Sark's carrier is pretty blocky, but it would have to be big to get some nice detail, and it would use a lot of black (my black is all tied up in grids and recognizers right now). I did a mini-land scale Tron and Yori pose (like in the film poster) but am not happy with it yet. Finally, I also have a few different light cycle designs, so I'll post those soon.

I was surprised more people haven't built Tron models. I suppose the curves make it a bit of a challenge.
